Companioning

The everyday human gesture is always a heartbeat away from the miraculous.

Spiritual Companioning
Spiritual companioning is an honest space to explore your questions, doubts, and connections to what matters most in your life. Through thoughtful conversations, we will navigate life’s beauty and complexity with compassion and grace. No matter your background, (un)belief, or where you find yourself on the (un)spiritual path, companioning is a courageous and supportive space to wrestle, wonder, and discover who you are and who you are becoming.

Ways We Might Journey Together
-
When questions deepen, beliefs unravel, or the divine seems distant. This is a space for honesty, where we can tenderly hold any tensions, grieve what no longer fits, and explore what’s next.
-
Begin or deepen a meditation practice. Explore contemplative practices to help you ground and connect to self, stillness, and simplicity.
-
If you have been harmed by the church or religion, we will co-create a safe and brave space to belong, be, and breathe with presence and patience. You are not alone, and your healing is holy.
-
A space for activists, pastors, and spiritual leaders to rest, reflect, and be real without fixing or performing.
-
For those navigating their calling to ministry, social justice work, or the questions that tug at the heart of life. We’ll contemplatively witness to your hopes, intuition, body, and the divine to find clarity around your creative calling and discover what is uniquely yours to embody in the world.
-
For those curious about exploring spiritual paths or practices. No matter your background, (un)belief, or tradition, this is a space for your curiosities and hopes for a spirituality that’s authentic to you.
-
This is a space to honor your loss with love, not offering solutions and explanations, but presence. “Some things cannot be fixed—they can only be carried. Grief like yours, love like yours, can only be carried.” - Megan Devine
